National Centre for Partnership and Performance
The National Centre for Partnership and Performance (NCPP) operates under the aegis of the Department of the Taoiseach. The Centre has an important role to play in supporting and facilitating organisational change, based on partnership, in both the private and public sectors. The overall aim is to bring about improved performance and mutual gains and thereby contribute to national competitiveness, better public services, higher living standards, a better quality of work life and the development of the workplace of the future.
