A Seminar entitled: 'Transforming Enterprise through Innovation - lessons from the Danish, Swedish and Irish Experience' was held in Government Buildings on Monday 24th May 2010. The event was organised jointly by the Department of the Taoiseach, the Embassies of Denmark and Sweden and Enterprise Ireland. Read more about the Seminar.
The Report of the Innovation Taskforce was launched on 11th March 2010 by the Taoiseach, Mr. Brian Cowen T. D.
The Report is an important element of the Government's Plan for dealing with the challenges facing the Irish economy in a changed world, Building Ireland's Smart Economy. The Report sets out some key recommendations and steps to allow Ireland to be transformed into a Global Innovation Hub.
