As we go through another series of improvements to this issue of LINK the process is acting as a simplified example of managing change in general. We get regular comments from readers on ways to improve LINK; the editorial board and team here have considerable experience; my managers make suggestions and I even have a fe wideas of my own. We then examine how to take on board suggestions and if possible go ahead with the changes.
