No. 13 of 2003 - Broadcasting (Major Events Television Coverage) (Amendment) Act 2003
What does this Law do:
A list of events that should continue to be available to the Irish people on free to air television services (as opposed to pay per view) was approved by the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources earlier this year. The Act will help ensure that the events listed continue to be broadcast on free to air television services.
