Taoiseach to travel to Belfast today.
The Taoiseach, Mr. Brian Cowen TD, will hold meetings with US President George Bush and British Prime Minister Gordon Brown in Belfast later today. He will also meet the First Minister and deputy First Minister, Peter Robinson and Martin McGuinness.
The main focus of the meetings will be on the recent progress in Northern Ireland, and the prospects building on the success of the recent international investment conference. There will also be an opportunity to review progress on the outstanding political issues in the North, including the devolution of policing and justice to the Northern Ireland Executive.
