Cowen's First Government

 

Speaking this evening, May 7th 2008, on his return from Aras an Uachtarain after receiving his seal of office from President McAleese, the Taoiseach, Mr Brian Cowen TD, proposed the following Ministers and Ministers of State to the 30th Dail :
