Taoiseach – keynote energy speech

 The Taoiseach, Mr Bertie Ahern TD, will today address a major energy conference - The Energy Forum 2008.

The Taoiseach will discuss Ireland's plans to unlock the immense opportunities that this new energy era can bring to Ireland's economy in job creation and inward investment. The Forum will be addressed by a number of key cabinet Ministers. Issues being addressed also include new building regulations and bioenergy.
