The Taoiseach, Mr. Brian Cowen T.D., accompanied by the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Micheál Martin T.D. and the Minister of State for European Affairs, Mr. Dick Roche T.D., will today attend the European Council in Brussels.
