Government Cuts Ministers’ Pay
At its first meeting this evening, the Government decided to reduce the Taoiseach’s pay to €200,000 (€181,050 net of the pension levy) and to reduce the pay of Ministers and Ministers of State pro rata. Full details of the reductions are set out in line with the table below.
